Hope you have a sweet tooth – these Bali cafes with their pastel decor are good enough to eat!

1. Kynd Community

Bali Kynd Community

Kynd Community is easily one of prettiest and most photographed eateries in Bali. With its endlessly Instagrammable interiors, innovative, all-vegan menu and chilled out island vibes, the venue has struck gold. Kynd was also among the first to spark the “spell it out!” smoothie bowl trend!

Location: Jalan Petitenget No. 12, Seminyak

2. Coffee Cartel

Bali Coffee Cartel

Coffee Cartel is one of the venues that really sparked the pastel trend in Bali. Offering a picture-perfect décor mixing striking monochrome tones with pretty pinks, the café shot to fame with their endlessly Instagrammable pink lattes (don’t worry – they serve “normal” coffee too!). Not surprisingly, Coffee Cartel has gone from strength to strength, and besides their original venue in Seminyak, they now have a second outlet in trendy Berawa.

3. Sea Circus

Bali Sea Circus

With its colourful façade, Sea Circuis has long been one of the most photographed spots in Seminyak. The mural by the entrance features edgy pastel colours – these are further echoed by the beautiful creations you’ll find on the menu (and on your plate!)

Location: Jalan Kayu Aya No. 22, Seminyak

4. Neon Palms

Bali Neon Palms

Just a few steps from Sea Circuis, sister venue Neon Palms continues the same pastel theme, both on and off the plate. As the name suggest, Neon Palms mixes tropical themes with a sweet colour palette – we love the palm tree murals painted on the walls! We also recommend trying out their pretty-in-pastels cocktails!

Sweet tooth at the ready! Bali’s very own Unicorn Café is perfect for the kids with its pretty pink décor and adorable unicorn themed treats. Cake pops and milk shakes and cupcakes, oh my!

6. Give Café

Bali Give Cafe

Give Café is an adorable, non-profit café brought to you by the super-star team behind the famous Kynd Community. Committed to giving back to the local community, Give Café offers beautiful plant-based cuisine and of course, picture-perfect pastel hued interiors – the rainbows covering the walls are beyond dreamy!

7. The Loft

Bali The Loft

The Loft deserves an honorable mention if only for its oft-Instagrammed wall. The rest of the interior is chic and subdued and of course, you’ll find pretty bright hues adorning your plate, thanks to smoothie bowls crafted from fresh tropical fruit. Psst…! The Canggu-based Loft now has a venue in Uluwatu, too!

8. Secret Penida Café

Bali Secret Penida Cafe

A special shoutout goes out to the islands! Located on the petite island of Nusa Penida, Secret Penida Café nails the dreamy pastel look. We love the plant themed murals adorning the pastel pink walls – but our favourite feature (besides the delicious grub of course!) is the rattan swing suspended from the ceiling.
